Audio Teller

With the 24-Hour Audio Teller system, you can manage your accounts anytime, day or night. We put a PGCFCU teller in your home, office, car, and anywhere else there is a touch-tone telephone. You are automatically signed up for this free service when you open your PGCFCU account.

Calling Audio Teller

Accessing your accounts is easy:
  1. Call the 24-Hour Audio Teller Phone Number.
    • Local: 301-627-6000
    • Out of area: Toll-free 1-800-952-9639
  2. Enter your member number followed by the # key.
  3. Enter your four-digit PIN followed by the # key. (First time callers should use the last four digits of your Social Security number. You will then be prompted to change this to a PIN of your choice.)

Now you can manage your accounts with just a few button pushes. When you call, a friendly voice will guide you through your transaction. Changes made to your account are made immediately, accurately, and confidentially.
